After qualifying to teach Pilates with Pilates Moves Australia,
Angie went on to continue her education with Balanced Body USA to be licensed to teach Pilates Matwork and qualified for Pilates Reformer. Getting all her training in Dubai, she was teaching over 60 clients a week, freelancing at various Pilates & Yoga studios and at 4 locations of Fitness First Platinum Studios. She also taught 6th Formers Pilates during their complementary studies, teaching them about the life of Joseph Pilates and the Classic Pilates exercises on a weekly basis.
She is also qualified to teach the new and dynamic PILATES BARRE workout.
Also after completing her 200 hours teacher training programme with Integral Yoga, she is now pleased to be able to teach and practice Hatha Yoga worldwide.
She is a motivational teacher and nothing gives her more pleasure than training people to enable them to reach their fitness goals. Her classes are fun and she explains during the exercises which muscles are being used and is always cueing, which enables the client to use all of the Pilates Principles. Her training of the anatomy is always passed on through her teaching, giving clients more of an understanding on their body and muscles. She also adds Pilates bands, rings, rollers and toning balls to give extra toning to the body. All the classes are kept small so that she can give personal attention to each client.
In April 2019 Angie attained her certificate of Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training with YMCA Central London. On completion of this she also received her Kettlebells and TRX qualifications.
